Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of NOVA™ and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. By using NOVA, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Intended Use
NOVA is designed exclusively for the development of legitimate defence and commercial training programmes. The Service should be used to:
- Create training documentation aligned with recognised frameworks (DSAT, TRADOC, NATO, S6000T)
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies
- Analyse training needs and design learning solutions
- Support quality assurance and compliance activities
- Generate training artefacts for professional review and approval
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use NOVA for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purpose. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Security and Classification
⚠️ NOVA is not approved for processing classified information. Do not upload or input any information classified as SECRET, TOP SECRET, or equivalent under any national classification system.
- Processing classified or sensitive compartmented information
- Uploading documents with protective markings beyond OFFICIAL
- Attempting to extract classified information through prompts
- Discussing specific operational deployments, capabilities, or vulnerabilities
2.2 Harmful Content
You must not use NOVA to create, process, or generate:
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances
- Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups
- Sexually explicit or exploitative material
- Disinformation or deliberately misleading content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
2.3 System Abuse
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass security controls or access restrictions
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorisation
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Share or sell access credentials
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
2.4 AI Manipulation
You must not:
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass AI safety measures
- Use prompt injection attacks to manipulate outputs
- Deliberately generate false or misleading training content
- Use the AI to generate content for malicious purposes
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored without disclosure
3. Content Guidelines
3.1 Uploaded Content
When uploading content to NOVA, you must ensure:
- You have the right to use and process the content
- Content is appropriately classified and within authorised handling limits
- Personal data is minimised and necessary for the training purpose
- Content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
3.2 Generated Content
ℹ️ Human Review Required: All AI-generated content must be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in official training programmes.
When using AI-generated content, you must:
- Review and validate all outputs for accuracy and appropriateness
- Ensure outputs comply with applicable doctrine and regulations
- Not use outputs in official training without proper approval
- Maintain accountability for the final training materials
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Enabling multi-factor authentication when available
- Reporting suspected security incidents immediately
- Logging out from shared or public devices
4.2 Professional Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the Service professionally and ethically
- Respect the intellectual property of others
- Provide accurate information in your account profile
- Comply with your organisation's policies and procedures
- Report any misuse or violations you observe
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor use of the Service for compliance with this policy
- Investigate suspected violations
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
5.2 Consequences of Violation
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning and requirement to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of account access
- Permanent termination of account
- Notification to your organisation
- Legal action where appropriate
- Reporting to law enforcement if required by law

7. Changes to This Policy
