Evaluation Activities
Evaluation Strategy
Define the overall plan for measuring training effectiveness, including InVal and ExVal approaches, data collection methods, and success criteria.
Internal Validation (InVal)
Continuous quality assurance by the Training Provider. Includes pilot course analysis, trainee feedback, trainer observations, and assessment data review.
External Validation (ExVal)
Independent audit by the TRA to verify training effectiveness. Measures whether trainees can perform in the workplace (Level 3 transfer assessment).
Performance Analytics
Analysis of trainee performance data, pass/fail rates, common failure points, and skill fade tracking. Enables predictive deficiency identification.
Continuous Improvement
Feedback loop integrating evaluation findings back into Analysis and Design phases. Ensures training system continuously improves based on evidence.
Training Needs Evaluation
Post-TNA assessment of analysis quality. Validates that the original Training Needs Analysis correctly identified requirements.
