Refined Training Objectives
Refine Initial TOs from Analysis into final Performance-Conditions-Standards format with Bloom's taxonomy validation.
Formal Training Statement (FTS)
Auto-allocate TOs to TPS (Formal Training), WTS (Workplace), or RTGS (Residual Gap) based on Training Category.
Enabling Objectives (EOs)
Generate 2-5 EOs per TO with verb hierarchy validation and KSA tagging. EOs break TOs into teachable components.
Key Learning Points (KLPs)
Generate 3-5 KLPs per EO with Knowledge/Skill/Attitude tagging. KLPs are the atomic units of learning.
🧪 Design Stage 2: TDA-Led TDA Responsibility
Assessment Strategy (AStrat)
Define overarching assessment policy: formative/summative testing, grading policy, failure action, AI malpractice prevention.
Refinement of KSA
Refine Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes from Analysis based on EO/KLP breakdown. Apply CRA retention analysis.
Assessment Specification (ASpec)
Detailed test specifications: assessment numbers, type, duration, TOs assessed, marking details, pass criteria.
Learning Theory Selection
Reads your refined TOs and KSA, then recommends a learning theory to shape how content is built. Accept the recommendation or pick another. Drives TEL, Classroom, M&S, Slides and Video.
Selection of Methods & Media
Evidence-based selection of training delivery methods and media for each TO/EO based on learning domain and fidelity needs.
Modelling & Simulation Designer
JSP 939-compliant M&S design for Individual and Collective Training. Covers eight Coherence Principles, DMSP V13 standards selection, LSB Decision Record, Fidelity Statement Requirement, and CTAR evidence pack generation.
Course Designer (TEL & Classroom)
Unified TEL + Classroom course designer. Builds JSP 822 V8.0 (Jan 26) / DTSM V2.0 SCORM 1.2 packages for DLE upload and the full 12-document Classroom Pack (TPS, AStrat, ASpec, LSpec, Lesson Plans, Slides, STNs, Tests, Marking Guides, Course Diary, Instructor Notes, InVal Questionnaires).
S6000T Learning Content Designer (→ S1000D)
Takes the same S6000T design (OPS → KSA/B → TO → EO & KLP) and renders it as ASD/AIA S1000D Issue 6 learning data modules for a CSDB / IETP. Each Training Objective becomes a learning data module with a DMC, learn code and BREX reference — the S-Series path alongside the TEL / SCORM path.
Video Creator
Generates a narrated training video script and storyboard, shaped by the selected learning theory and the KLPs. Rendering runs on the staged video engine.
Slide Decks Creator
Builds an instructional slide deck with speaker notes, shaped by the selected learning theory and the KLPs. Output is a PPTX pack.
📚 Design Stage 3: Learning Specification TDA Responsibility
Learning Scalar
Sequence EOs and KLPs into optimal learning progression. Vertical (must be in order) vs Horizontal (any order) sequencing.
Learning Specification (LSpec)
Master design document: what is taught and how. Links TOs/EOs/KLPs with Methods, Media, Time, Resources, Assessment.
