Build a first-draft Operational Performance Statement from a role title. The draft is grounded in your GATD doctrine and broken down through Duty, Task and Sub-Task. Task-Elements (the fourth level) can be added on demand once the draft is ready, using the Add task-elements button. The Training Category for each task is computed by the DIF algorithm, and anything that cannot be known from a title alone is flagged for the TRA to confirm.
