Every M&S system used in this CT programme must be assessed against the eight JSP 939 Coherence Principles. The M&S Designer generates the doctrinal evidence base (FSR, TSS, LSB Decision Record, CTAR Pack) that the relevant SCTA requires for compliance determination. DMSP V13 (Def Stan 03-050) governs all standards selection. For Gladiator (Air), CTTP (Land), or Spartan (Maritime), domain SCTA engagement is mandatory at CP5. This stage sits within the CTNA Analysis Phase and feeds directly into EXSPEC and the CT Fidelity Statement Requirement (Product 3).
